As a passionate home cook who really digs sharp tools, I was craving a Santoku.

Ordered on a Friday, it showed up on Saturday, and man, what a masterpiece! A hand-forged Santoku by Shiro Kamo. Just brilliant. I wish I could share a photo!

Consistently Excellent Service. The knife showed up the very next day. It looks amazing and slices like a dream. The weight feels just right, and the handle is gorgeous. The finish from the blacksmith is a tad rougher than I anticipated compared to other blades, but hey, that’s just how some folks roll with their craftsmanship.
